I came across this video a couple months back. Some guy is soloing to Johann Pachelbel’s Canon. I found it pretty interesting.

I started recently soloing to the chord progression in a D-Major. It uses the chords D-major, A-major, B-minor, Gb-Minor, G-major, D-major, G-major and A-major, in that order. Each Chord is played for a full measure. You can solo with it in the Major Scale Key of D.
